By downloading, installing, or using FlatPrice ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

FlatPrice is a physical cargo calculator for the oil and petroleum industry. It provides tools for flat price calculation, quantity conversion, market comparison, voyage estimation, and FX conversion. The app is designed as a professional reference tool.

FlatPrice is for indicative and reference purposes only. The calculations, prices, distances, transit times, and other data provided by the app are estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for trading decisions. You must verify all figures independently before acting on them.

We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations or data. Nautical mile distances are approximate. Exchange rates are sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed.

Subscriptions

• FlatPrice offers a monthly auto-renewing subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play).
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Intellectual Property

The FlatPrice name, logo, design, and all content are the property of FlatPrice. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlatPrice and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from reliance on the app's calculations or data.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for verifying all calculations and data before making trading or business decisions.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
